Alex L. Guiva, Partner

Mr. Guiva joined Highlander Partners in 2004 and is focused on evaluating transaction opportunities, due diligence efforts, execution and portfolio monitoring. Prior to Highlander, he was employed in the Corporate Finance department of Stephens Inc., most recently as an Investment Banking Associate. In that position, he provided support to a broad range of industry groups, including logistics, IT, manufacturing and financial services.

He currently serves on the Boards of Directors of SensoryEffects, a producer of value-added food ingredients and products, The Composites Group, a compounder and molder of thermoset composites, Ascend Custom Extrusions, LLC, a provider of custom aluminum extrusions, and Martin Fletcher Associates Holdings, Inc., a healthcare staffing company.
